Prices are indicative
Prices on BinQuotes come from public sources or suppliers, carry the date we saw them, and may have changed. They are not offers or quotes. Only a supplier can quote you a price, and taxes, delivery and fees may be extra.
Quote requests
When you send a request you confirm the details are accurate and agree that we may share them with up to three suppliers that serve your area. Any contract is between you and the supplier. BinQuotes is not a party to it and does not guarantee a supplier's work, price or availability.
Supplier listings
Some listings are compiled from companies' public websites and are marked "Public listing". Companies can claim, correct or remove them by emailing us. Suppliers who submit a listing confirm they are authorised to act for the company.
Acceptable use
Don't submit false requests, scrape the site, or try to disrupt it. We may block requests that look automated or abusive.
Our liability
The site is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, BinQuotes is not liable for losses arising from use of the site or from dealings with suppliers.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there.
