Which size?
Organics are dense. Smaller carts emptied more often beat one big bin that gets too heavy to move and starts to smell.

Before you sign anything
Ask what's accepted. Some processors take compostable bags and paper towels; some don't. Get the accepted list before you buy liners.
Frequency over size. In summer, weekly pickups of food waste can be too slow. Ask for seasonal frequency changes.
Clean bins help. Some haulers offer cart washing or swap-outs. It is worth asking about when you compare quotes.
Ask for: price per lift, accepted materials, liner rules, cart washing, and whether organics pickup can share a route with your recycling.
